WHO WE ARE

Fire Protection Professionals International is a NT locally owned and operated company, trading for well over 20 years. 

We cover the whole of the Northern Territory, and specialise in remote servicing and training. Based in Darwin, we also have operations bases in Nhulunbuy and Katherine NT, and Eden, South Coast NSW.

Coming from multigenerational Northern Territorian families, we we are Passionate about indigenous people looking after their own assets and safety. As such we aim to train local Indigenous people in each community we service, to give them the skills to look after their own asset maintenance (such as portable fire equipment servicing, fire detection & exit and emergency lighting testing, and test & tag of portable electrical appliances) and safety, by being trained in remote essentials such as First Attack Fire Fighting, Fire Warden Training, 4WD Defensive Driving, Basic & Advanced Chainsaw Operations, First Aid, Perform CPR and Advanced Resuscitation, and Breathing Apparatus Operations Training.

In addition, our focus has always and continues to be, providing the highest quality service in the industry. We aim to provide a comprehensive range of fire protection and safety services, a "one stop shop" providing service and supply of equipment, a full range of fire & safety training, as well as provision of services relating to planning for emergencies in facilities, such as design of evacuation diagrams, evacuation procedures, trial evacuations and a full range of fire warden apparel and equipment.

We have wealth of resources which allow us to provide a qualified and experienced team. We assess client needs and recommend suitable equipment from a range of manufacturers.
The consulting arm of FPPInt carries out fire safety audits with specialists who have knowledge and experience in a nominated industry and environment. This ensures your worksite is subject to minimal disruption with optimum safety compliance assured.

Managing Director Craig Oldroyd, is one of the select few in Australia to attain his Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Fire Safety Systems Inspection) with Swinburne University, as well as holding Cert IV’s in Workplace Training & Assessment, Workplace Health & Safety, and Frontline Management.
